Description

The uP8808P/Q is an ultra low noise, fast response, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver up to 1.5A output current.

Features

include foldback overcurrent protection, quick soft start, and overtemperature protection. The uP8808P/Q is available in fixed output voltage from 0.8V to 3.3V with 0.1V per step. The device comes in SOT2233L and TO252-3L packages.
