General Description

The uP8808P/Q is an ultra low noise, fast response, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) low dropout regulator specifically designed to continuously deliver up to 1.5A output current.

Designed with a P-channel MOSFET series pass transistor, the uP8808P/Q yields extremely low dropout voltage (e.g.

240mV at 1A) and maintains very low ground current (200uA).

include foldback overcurrent protection, quick soft start, and overtemperature protection. The uP8808P/Q is available in fixed output voltage from 0.8V to 3.3V with 0.1V per step.
