The uP9505U is an AMD® SVI2 pliant desktop CPU voltage regulator controller that integrates a 4-phase PWM controller for VDD and a 2-phase controller for VDDA. The VDD controller can be configured as 4/3/2/1-phase, and the VDDA controller can be configured as 2/1/0-phase (0 denotes VDDA controller is disabled) for platform power design flexibility.
