Description
The uP9508Q is an IMVP8 compliant desktop CPU voltage regulator controller that integrates a 3-phase PWM controller for Vcore and a 2-phase PWM controller for VccGT. The Vcore controller can be configured as 3/2/1phase, and the VccGT controller can be configured as 2/1phase for platform power design flexibility.
