A103 Overview
The A103 is a positive, low dropout regulator rated for 600mA output current, making it ideal for battery applications. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS technology and internal trimmed reference voltage. The space-saving SOT-89, and SOT-223 packages are attractive for "Pocket" and "Hand Held" applications.
