APW7320 Overview
Description
APW7320 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 80m/52mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET. The APW7320 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
