APW7320 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 80m/52mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET.

Wide 4.5V to 16V Operating Input Range.
Low RDS(ON) Internal Power MOSFETs.

Fast Load Transient Response.
Fixed 500kHz Switching Frequency.
Build-in soft start function.
Output Adjustable from 0.6 V to 5V.
