General Description

APW7320 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 80m/52mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET.

The APW7320 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW7320 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
