General Description

The MGA-685T6 is an easy–to–use GaAs MMIC amplifier that offer excellent linearity and low noise figure for application from 0.1 to 1.5 GHz.

The device is housed in Ultra Thin Small Leadless Package (UTSLP) with 0.4mm package thickness.

One external resistor is used to set the bias current from 5 mA to 30 mA.
