FEATURES The A8176 is a constant frequency, SOT-25 current Integrated 0.7Ω Power MOSFET mode step-up converter intended for small, low power 400μA Quiescent Current applications. The A8176 switches at 1.0MHz and 3.0V to 5.5V Input Voltage allows the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and 1.0MHz Fixed Switching Frequency inductors 2mm or less in height.
