CMD192 Description
The CMD192 is wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier die which operates from DC to 20 GHz. The amplifier delivers greater than 19 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB pression point of +24.5 dBm and noise figure of 1.9 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD192 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching.
