CMD282 Description
The CMD282 is negative controlled, wideband GaAs MMIC 2-bit digital attenuator die which operates from DC to 40 GHz. Each bit of the attenuator is controlled by a single voltage of either 0 V or 5 V. The attenuator bit values are 4 dB and 8 dB, for a total attenuation of 12 dB.
