XTR20810 Description
XTR20810 is a family of extremely flexible power N-channel MOSFETs with integrated driver designed for extreme reliability and high temperature applications such as DC/DC converters, motor control and power switching. XTR20810 parts are intended to be used as low side switches. They can sustain drain spikes up to 100V.
