2.5V - 5.5V, 0.6A, H-Bridge Motor Driver in a TSOT23-6 DESCRIPTION The MP6513L is an H-bridge motor driver used for driving reversible motors, which can drive one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads. The H-bridge consists of four Nchannel power MOSFETs. An internal charge pump generates the necessary gate-drive voltages.
