MK9118 Overview
The MK9118 operates over a wide input voltage range from 7 V to 100V. With integrated the main MOSFET, the MK9118 delivers up to 3A output current. The MK9118 adopts a constant on-time (COT) control architecture to achieve excellent transient response.
