PS2501A-1 is PHOTOCOUPLER manufactured by NEC.
DESCRIPTION
The PS2501A-1 and PS2501AL-1 are optically coupled isolators containing a Ga As light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor to realize an excellent cost performance.
The PS2501A-1 is in a plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package) and the PS2501AL-1 is lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mount.
