HEF4528B is Dual monostable multivibrator manufactured by NXP Semiconductors.
description The HEF4528B is a dual retriggerable-resetable monostable multivibrator. Each multivibrator has an active LOW input (n A), and active HIGH input (n B), an active LOW clear direct input (n CD), an output (n Q) and its plement (n Q), and two external timing ponent connecting pins (n CEXT, always connected to ground, and n REXT/CEXT). An external timing capacitor (CEXT) must be connected between n CEXT and n REXT/CEXT and an external resistor (REXT) must be connected between n REXT/CEXT and VDD. The output pulse duration is determined by the external timing ponents CEXT and REXT. A HIGH-to-LOW transition on n A when n B is LOW or a LOW-to-HIGH transition on n B when n A is HIGH produces a positive pulse (LOW-HIGH-LOW) on n Q and a negative pulse (HIGH-LOW-HIGH) on n Q if the n CD is HIGH. A LOW on n CD forces n Q LOW, n Q HIGH and inhibits any further pulses until n CD is HIGH. It operates over a remended VDD power supply range of 3 V to 15 V referenced to VSS (usually ground). Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input. 2.
