KMZ80
Overview
The KMZ80 is a single channel magnetic angle sensor. Magnetoresistive (MR) sensor bridges and mixed signal IC are integrated into a single package.
- High precision sensor for magnetic angular
- High temperature range up to 150 °C measurement
- Ratiometric analog output voltage or push pull
- Single package sensor output stage compliant with SAE J2716 SENT
- Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC-Q100 Rev-H using pulse shaping
- Overvoltage protection up to 18 V
- Programmable user adjustments, e.g. zero
- Power-loss detection angle and angular range
- Programming via one-wire interface (OWI)
- Fail-safe non-volatile memory with write protection using lock bit
