Ordering number : ENA1976 LC75809PT CMOS IC 1/4 and 1/3-Duty General-Purpose LCD Display Driver http://onsemi.com Overview The LC75809PT is the 1/4 duty and 1/3 duty general-purpose microprocessor-controlled LCD driver that can be used in applications such as frequency display in products with electronic tuning. In addition to being able to drive up to 352 segments directly, the LC75809PT can also control up to 12 general-purpose output ports. Because it has the PWM output of a maximum of 6ch, the brightness control of the LED backlight of RGB×2 can be done. Incorporation of an oscillation circuit helps to reduce the number of external resistors and capacitors required. Features • Support for 1/4-duty 1/3-bias or 1/3-duty 1/3-bias drive techniques under serial data control.
