Overview

Voltage Regulators, 1.0 A Low-Dropout Positive, Fixed and Adjustable NCP1117LP The NCP1117LP is the low power version of the popular NCP1117 family of low dropout voltage regulators, with reduced quiescent current.

It is intended primarily for high volume consumer applications over the 0 to 125 degree temperature range.

Capable of providing an output current in excess of 1 A, with a dropout voltage of 1.3 V at 1 A full current load, the series consists of an adjustable and five fixed voltage versions of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V.
