SRDA3.3-4 Overview
Description
The SRDA3.3-4 is in an SOP-8 package and may be used to protect two high-speed data or transmission line from overvoltage caused by electrostatic dis- charge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning. During transient conditions, the steering diodes direct the transient to either the positive side of the power supply line or to ground.
