Description
The SST85LD0128 NANDrive™ integrated circuit (IC) is a low cost, high performance, fully integrated, embedded flash memory data storage system.
It contains an integrated ATA Controller and NAND Flash die in a multichip package.

- Host Interface: 8- or 16-bit access.
- Supports up to PIO Mode-4.
- Supports up to Multi-word DMA Mode-2.
- Low Power, 3.3V Power Supply.
