STG4158 switch equivalent, low voltage 0.6 ohm typ single spdt switch.
* Power-off and overvoltage protection
* Wide operating voltage range: VCC (opr) = 1.65 to 4.5 V
* Low ON-resistance VIN = 0 V:
– RON = 0.85 Ω.
It offers low ON-resistance (0.6 Ω) at VCC = 4.5 V (typical TA = 25 °C). The SEL input threshold is compatible with 1.8.
