Overview
The STPS60A150CHR is package and screened to comply with the ESCC5000 specification for aerospace products. It is a dual monolithic Schottky rectifier assembled in an SMD.5 hermetic package and characterized in total dose at high dose rate and in single event effect to be used in aerospace applications.
