Description
SY20218 is a high-efficiency 1 MHz synchronous stepdown DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 6A output current. SY20218 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates the main switch and the synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction losses.
