SY20212B is I2C Programmable Synchronous Step Down Regulator manufactured by Silergy.
Description
SY20212B is a high efficiency 1.8MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 4A output current. It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.6V to 5.5V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.7625V to 1.55V through I2C interface.
SY20212B is available in TSOT23-8 package.
