Overview
The SKY13421-486LF is a pHEMT GaAs Double-Pole, DoubleThrow (DPxDT) switch designed for cellular infrastructure band switching applications. This device is a paired DPDT switch, controlled synchronously, that includes two Single-Pole, DoubleThrow (SPDT) switches with RF lines that cross inside the chip.
- Broadband frequency range: 0.1 to 3.0 GHz
- Single positive voltage control: 1.3 V to 5.0 V
- Low insertion loss: 0.3 dB typical @ 1 GHz; 0.4 typical @ 2 GHz
- High isolation: 28 dB typical @ 1 GHz; 22 dB typical @ 2 GHz

- Low phase error: 6 degrees typical @ 2 GHz
