XC6701 Description
The XC6701 series are positive voltage regulator ICs manufactured using CMOS process with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal protection circuit and a phase pensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within the range of 1.8V to 18V which fixed by laser trimming technologies.
