83C308 Overview
The UTC 83CXXX is a microprocessor supervisory circuit. It has an active-low RESET and push-pull outputs. The circuit can assert a reset signal as long as the VCC power supplies voltage dropping below a preset threshold and it keep the reset signal for at least 140ms when VCC has risen above the reset threshold.
