HEF4047B-Q100 Monostable/astable multivibrator Rev. 1 — 17 March 2017 Product data sheet 1 General description The HEF4047B-Q100 is a retriggerable astable multivibrator that can be configured as either a positive-edge or negative-edge triggered monostable multivibrator. The output pulse width is programmed by selection of external components (Rt and Ct). Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 3) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. 2 Features and benefits 2.
