Description
The u P6205 is a pa ct dual-pha se synchronous-re ctified Buck controller specifically designed to deliver high quality output voltage f or high power a pplications. This part is capable of delivering up to 60Aoutput current owing to its embedded bootstrapped drivers that support 12V + 12V driving capability. The u P6205 features configurable gate driving voltage f or maxi mum ef ficiency a nd opti mal performance. The built-in bootstra p diode si mplifies the circuit design and reduces external part count a nd PCB space.
