AN6033
Overview
- 2.7V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range converter operated with the current mode and the
- High Efficiency: Up to 95% constant frequency. The internal switch and
- 1.25MHz Constant Switching Frequency synchronous rectifier are integrated for high
- 3A Available Load Current efficiency. AN6033 can supply 3A of load current
- 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage.
- Current Mode Control The switching frequency is set at 1.25MHz, allowing
- Short Circuit Protection the use of small surface mount inductors and
- Thermal Fault Protection capacitors. It can run 100% duty cycle for low
