The internal switch and 1.25MHz Constant Switching Frequency synchronous rectifier are integrated for high 3A Available Load Current efficiency. AN6033 can supply 3A of load current 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage. Current Mode Control The switching frequency is set at 1.25MHz, allowing Short Circuit Protection the use of small surface mount inductors and Thermal Fault Protection capacitors.
