Standard CMOS process. Embedded 512K/256K bits EPROM. 21/10 Sec Voice Length at 6 KHz sampling and 4-bit ADPCM compression. Maximum 12 voice groups. Combination of voice building blocks to extend playback duration. 960 table entries are available for voice block combinations. User selectable PCM or ADPCM data compress. Two triggering modes are available by whole chip option during voice compilation. - Key Trigger Mode.
