FEATURES The A4805 is a series of high voltage high-precision voltage detectors developed using standard CMOS process.

A4805 Applications

* A4805 is available in SOT-89-3 & TO-92 packages.
* Low current consumption 3μA typ. (VIN=8V)
* High-precision detection voltage ±2.4%
* Operating voltage range -0.3 V to 22 V
* Detection voltage 2.4 V to 7.0 V (0.1V step)
* Output form Nch open-drain output (Active Low)
