Power driver applications include relays, solenoids, and other medium-current or high-voltage peripheral power loads.

  • 150 mA output current (all outputs simultaneously).

  • Low power consumption.
  • Replacement for TPIC6B595N and TPIC6B595DW Packages: 18-pin DIP (A package) Not to scale 20-pin SOICW (LW package).
