MC3265 is a highly integrated current mode PWM control IC optimized for high performance low standby power offline flyback converter applications.

Features

Frequency jitter function to improve EMI performance of power supply.
No-audible-noise green mode Control.
Multi operation mode: QR, fixed-frequency CCM and green mode.
Internal Slope Compensation.
Low VDD Startup Current and Low Operating Current.
Leading Edge Blanking.
UVLO.
Gate Max Output Voltage Clamp at 16V.
Overload Protection (OLP).
Over temperature Protection (OTP).
Line Compensation Over Current Protection (OCP).
