  • Excellent Clamping Capability.
  • Fast Response Time: Typically Less Than 1.0ns for Uni-Direction, Less Than 5.0ns for Bi-Direction, Form 0 Volts to BV Min.
  • Lead-Free Finish; RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2).
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3).
