ICS1702 QuickSaver® Charge Controller for Nickel-Cadmium and Nickel-Metal Hydride Batteries General .
The ICS1702 is a CMOS device designed for the intelligent charge control of either nickel-cadmium (NiCd) or nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) batteries.
