The G5684 is a monolithic step-down switch mode regulator with a built in internal power MOSFET.

75mΩ Internal Power MOSFET Switch.
Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic Capaci- tors.
Up to 95% Efficiency.
Less Than 1µA Shutdown Current.
Wide Switching Frequency Range from 300kHz~1.4MHz.
Thermal Shutdown.
Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection.
Output Adjustable from 0.8V to VIN.
Available in SOP-8 (FD) Package.
