CPC1219Y 4-Pin SIP OptoMOS Relay

The CPC1219 is a voltage-controlled, single-pole, normally closed (1-Form-B) optically coupled solid state relay in a 4-pin Single In-line Package (SIP). IXYS Integrated Circuits Division's patented OptoMOS architecture makes available the optically coupled technology necessary to activate the outpu.
