Description

The MP6541 and MP6541A are three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor drivers with three integrated half-bridges, consisting of six Nchannel power MOSFETs.

Features

include thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and over-current protection (OCP). The MP6541 is available in a TQFN-26 (6mmx6mm) package.
