MPQ4371 General Description

The MPQ4371 family of buck converters are configurable-frequency (200kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulators with integrated low on-resistance HS-FETs and LS-FETs. The family covers a 6A to 11A output current (IOUT) range and employs zero-delay PWM (ZDP™) control, an MPS-exclusiv.
