Description

The ASL1507SHN; ASL2507SHN has a fixed frequency peak current mode control with parabolic/non‑linear slope compensation.

Features

AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified.
Limp-home mode ensuring system safety.
Up to two flexible output voltages with 3 % accuracy programmable via SPI.
Single phase on each output or double phase on one output.
Fixed frequency operation via built-in oscillator from 125 kHz to 700 kHz.
Slope compensation to track the frequency and output voltage.
Programmable control loop compensation.
Programmable spread spectrum functionality.
