The LD6835 series is a small-size Low-DropOut (LDO) regulator family with a high-Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 75 dB and a voltage drop of 24.

* Low quiescent current
* Soft start with optimized start-up time
* Temperature watchdog
* Current limiter with foldback circuit
* Low standby current in shutdown mode (typical 0.1 A)
* Auto discharge or high-ohmic mode for the output state when disabled
