* Fully integrated DC/DC converter circuit, featuring internal very low RDSon power MOSFETs
* Up-or-down conversion
* Start-up from 1.85 V input voltage
* Adjustable output voltage
* High efficiency over large load range
* 600 kHz switching frequency
