Automotive Dual DrMOS with Integrated Current and Temperature Sense NCV81341, NCV81341P The NCV81341/P (NCV81341 Single Phase and Two Independent Phases Mode, NCV81341P Parallel Mode) integrates two MOSFET drivers, high side MOSFET and low side MOSFET into a single package with current sense and temperature monitoring into a compact 3.5x3.5 QFN. The driver and MOSFETs have been optimized for high current DC DC buck power conversion applications.
