Description

The STR5A464x Series is power ICs for switching power supplies, incorporating a MOSFET and a current mode PWM controller IC for non-isolated Buck converter and Inverting converter topologies.

Features

Pb-free (RoHS compliant).
Buck Converter.
Inverting Converter.
Current Mode PWM Control.
Automatically Switch the Operation Mode According to the Load Heavy Load: 60 kHz (typ. ) Fixed Switching Frequency Mode Medium Load: Green Mode, 23 kHz (typ. ) to 60 kHz (typ. ) Light Load: Burst Oscillation Mode.
No Current Detection Resistor Required (Built-in Current Sensing MOSFET).
Built-in Startup Function.
Built-in Error Amplifier.
Random Switching Function.
