IL215A/216A/217A PHOTOTRANSISTOR SMALL OUTLINE SURFACE MOUNT OPTOCOUPLER * .
The IL215A/216A/217A are optically coupled pairs with a Gallium Arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor.

IL215 Applications
