SY21034 0.6A Asynchronous Step-Down Regulator

The SY21034 high-efficiency asynchronous stepdown DC/DC regulator can deliver 0.6A current over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 100V. It uses constant-off-time and peak-current-mode control to achieve fast transient response, and integrates a main switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize conducti.
