TK714xxS LDO Regulator with base terminal for Current Boost TK714xxS 1..
The TK714xxS is a low dropout linear regulator with internal PNP pass transistor that can supply 100mA load current.

TK71429S Features

* An external transistor can be used. (Base current Typ10mA)
* On/Off control available (High ON).
* No input current at Off mode
* Excellent output stability (CL 0.022µF,Iout 2mA)
* High ripple rejection (-70dB at 1kHz)
* 100mA load current guarantee
