TK71447S LDO Regulator

The TK714xxS is a low dropout linear regulator with internal PNP pass transistor that can supply 100mA load current. The phase compensation in the IC has been optimized that the output capacitor can be omitted. The TK714xxS is provided with the On/Off control function and also with the base terminal.
