TC74VHC595F/FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC74VHC595F, TC74VHC595FK 8-Bit Shift Register/Latch (3-state) The TC74VHC595 is an advanced high speed 8-BIT SHIFT REGISTER/LATCH fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
