Description

The TPS563231 is a simple, easy-to-use, 3-A synchronous step-down converter in SOT563 package.

Features

1 3-A Converter integrated 95-mΩ and 55-mΩ FETs.
D-CAP3™ mode control with fast transient response.
Input voltage range: 4.5 V to 17 V.
Output voltage range: 0.6 V to 7 V.
Pulse skip mode.
600-kHz switching frequency.
Low shutdown current Less than 12 µA.
2% Feedback voltage accuracy (25ºC).
Startup from pre-biased output voltage.
Cycle-by-cycle over current limit.
Hiccup-mode over current protecti.
